These Terms govern use of nowpass.one and freight/warehouse services provided by NowPass Logistics, Inc.

Use of service

For business users 18+. You are responsible for account security and accurate shipment information provided to us.

Transportation services

Shipment terms are governed by our rate confirmation, bill of lading, and applicable motor carrier regulations. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees, unless specified in a signed SLA.

Prohibited use

No unlawful activity, malware, unauthorized access, or use for gambling, crypto trading, adult content, or unlicensed financial services.

Liability

SERVICES PROVIDED "AS IS." LIABILITY LIMITED TO FEES PAID IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Governing law

Illinois law. Courts in Cook County, Illinois.
